今までは生地にチョコチップを混ぜていました。そのため、チョコチップが多いものもあれば少ないものもあり個体差がありました。均一にするため、生地を分けてから、チョコチップを入れてあります。

米粉のココアマフィン、どれを食べていただいても同じような、食感と味とで、ご満足いただけると思います。
